My key needed a new circuit board but fortunately the data was recoverable so in a turn round time of just 5 days, that’s including postal days I have a fully working key again. Absolutely delighted.

Great service from Matt & his team. Took my spare non- engine starting single button 1996 R129 key and made it fully functional. Very knowledgeable and friendly, with the right kit and know what they are doing.

Brilliant service, came in thinking I have an EIS issue and Matt discovered it was the keys that were at fault. New key made and on my way, brilliant customer service and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommend!

Amazing Job & Team - I cannot recommend them enough. I had a Vito EIS unit that was suspected to be faulty prior to purchase. Sent the unit to them and it was repaired and returned back to me in a short space of time. It is not often that I leave feedback good or bad. Highly recommended.

First class service. Cured my MB electrical problem when others couldn't. Absolutely brilliant. Don't waste your time elsewhere, go straight to Matt and Ben, even if you have to have your car recovered to their workshop or you have to drive a long way. Wholeheartedly recommended. (May 9th, 2023 BST) Matt was like a godsend, phoned/texted around 8am pertaining to a faulty ESL on wife's c-class 220, he was out to my friends address at 4:40pm, worked around me as I had work, and had to get meet him there. Knowledgeable, quick and efficient , overall gem. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

After 6 weeks of going round in circles with nobody knowing what was wrong these came out same day and fixed my key and ignition with in half hour amazing service cant recomend enough.

I needed a duplicate of the only key for my 99 R129. Nobody here in germany could help me, even MB could not.

I have an early R129 SL with the single button key fob. I finally got around to get a new key made,only to find out they're unavailable.
I sent off an old key which was refurbished and returned. I was talked through the pairing process and all is as it should be.

Great Service, Sorted my Mercedes key in half an hour for a fraction of the price of Mercedes who wanted £410 +£193 to look at it and 4 weeks waiting for the key.

Can't say how highly I rate these guys. They started with a very broken key from my 1997 SL600 and managed to produce a full set of 3 keys with integrated fobs and resurrect the remote central locking and alarm system. It wasn't easy but they made it happen and I'm very grateful. Thank again Douglas

I found these guys on a facebook page. I have a SLK R170 which I bought with only one key. I contacted every locksmith in my area nobody could supply a spare key for my model of car I even tried Mercedes they couldn't help. only think to do was do a 300 mile round trip to these guys. great experience got there 15 minutes later I was back on the road with my spare key. would definitely recommend this company

Not only was the intermittent failure to regsiter in the ignition resolved - day one for day three - but I received a replacement like-for-like OEM casing for my lovely 2003 S211 (as opposed to the uprated chrome-sided from MB) along with new batteries and a twelve month guarantee. You were the only case that said that you could and I approached a few!

Fantastic! I shorted out some wires on my mk 1 Vito campervan conversion. Ended up with a start error message and nothing else from ignition. Spoke with these guys and sent off the relevant parts .Problem sorted and items returned within a week. Thank you so much 👍

Rang Matt this morning stuck with a van that wouldn't start.
Matt talked the issue through with me on the phone diagnosed the issue and sent me at text showing me picture or where to find the fauty relay. You just cant find guys like this any more, thank you very much Matt. -

My ONLY key for my 2009 Vito died, and a phone call to Matt, and a trip to the workshop (same day) had that fob repaired and a brand new case fitted, and a new virgin key programmed to give me a spare. Brilliant service and all that for less than the price of 1 replacement key from my local Merc dealer. will definitely be recommending Matt & his team to friends and family. -

highly recommend , problem with ignition on merc sprinter 2010 not turning.
Sent my ignigtion to matt and had it back and in van working with three day turn round form sending to getting it back.
Matt was full of help before on phone when things started going wrong and was all ways at the other end to help with any questions.

RMK offer a 1st class service , had my EIS returbed to me with 2 brand new remotes fully coded in less than 7 days from me sending them and a decent saving over main dealer too

IF you are looking for a replacement key for your Mercedes i cannot recommend Matt enough. I sent him my key by post which he repaired and sent back but the key would not work. Rather than blame the car he worked with me on getting the issue resolved. I visited Matt at his workshop and he spent another hour trying to get the key to work, sharing his knowledge with me and hiding nothing. he diagnosed the issue and reprogrammed the key all for NO EXTRA CHARGE. Very pleased with the service, very professional and likeable guy.

Matt is a genius, he sorted my lock problems within 2 days. Another company had it nearly 4 weeks and had said it was all fine - needless to say it was not! I was kept informed at all times. These guys are the best, give an excellent service and a company to be recommended.

Great service from these guys with my w204 steering lock, fast repair and posted back to me all plug and play ready to go. I would highly recommend them to any Mercedes owners who are having issues with keys,esl or eis units.

Thanks to Mark and his colleagues I now have a spare key for my SL320 (R129).
Impossible to source elsewhere including Mercedes who have been unable to supply these keys for some years.

Mark and Matt and their guys give a fantastic service. When others and MB main dealers shrugged their shoulders regarding replacement keys for my 2001 230SLK these guys came up with the goods. It was well worth the 2 hour drive to get to them and they sorted a new key and refurbished my old keys to give me peace of mind should I ever lose a key again. No hesitation in recommending them. Many thanks guys.

These guys come highly recommended. I was close to despair when my local Mercedes dealer said that M-B no longer supply flip keys for the W163 ML - all they could offer me was an emergency 'blade' key (for £35!) that would lock and unlock the driver's door, but without any electronics would be of no use for the ignition.
Googled these guys and decided to take the plunge … I now have 2 OEM Mercedes keys that are fully functioning. Well worth the 200-odd mile drive round trip from Sheffield. They really know their stuff - I will certainly be recommending them to all and sundry. -
Great friendly service. Local Mercedes dealer couldn’t look at intermittent key problem for over two weeks. Matt booked me in on same day, diagnosed problem, repaired faulty key and supplied a spare. Highly recommended.

You must be able to prove ownership of the vehicle before we commence with the job. Please if possible have your vehicle V5 document, and a form of Photo I.D. We will not make a key without them.
